(Not Your Typical) Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs. potatoes (Yukon Golds or Russets work well)- peel and chop into smaller pieces 

8 oz. of cream cheese

1 Cup of sour cream

1 tsp. of onion powder

2 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. butter

Pepper to taste


Boil the potatoes and mash. Then add the remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees.
